Client Service Representative
With over 11 years of clinical and laboratory experience, Elysse has garnered the necessary skills to provide clients with essential information. She graduated from the Toronto Metropolitan University with a Bachelor’s in Chemistry and has now graduated from Centennial College with a Medical Lab Technician Diploma. She has had previous leadership roles at Mount Sinai Hospital, Veterinary Hospitals and in the world’s leading veterinary laboratories. Her extensive resume has allowed her to take on various roles required in a veterinary clinic- currently working as Lead Client Care/Assistant Manager.
She has been around animals her entire life and has developed a deep understanding that animals need someone to advocate on their behalf. Her compassion is not only shown through her work at the clinic, but also through the rescue work of both her and her mom. The combination of her clinical knowledge and compassion for animals, allows her to effectively communicate with clients and advocate for pets at the same time. Elysse has a passion for billiards and enjoys travelling with her pro partner to tournaments whenever time allows.
