Diamond Pet Foods Recalls Dry Pet Food Due to Potential Salmonella Contamination
Diamond Pet Foods has voluntarily recalled some brands of dry dog and cat food that was manufactured in its Gaston, S.C. facility between December 9, 2011 and April 7, 2012 due to potential Salmonella contamination. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), at least 14 people in the U.S. have been infected with the outbreak of Salmonella Infantis.
