From a young age, Eugene has had a passion for animals- feeling as though they shared a mutual understanding. Her love for animals comes from the unconditional love she has received from family pets she has grown up with, specifically her best friend Angel, whenever she felt alone, who was always by her side. Eugene’s perpetual love for animals is shown everyday- always going above and beyond for pets that come into the clinic. Her passion also extends to the clients themselves. Just like many of us, Eugene understands the great responsibility and hardships of pet ownership- allowing her to intuitively relate to clients and advocate for pets at the same time. Eugene’s dedication for animals and veterinary medicine is soon coming into fruition as she is currently attending the Veterinary Technician Program at Seneca College.
Eugene currently cares for 4 cats: Artemis, Howl, Cherry, and Kiwi, and a dog named Cookie. Cherry and Kiwi were adopted by Eugene’s parents in 2023 when she fostered a mother and her 7 kittens.
